Phase 2 – Once a concept is selected for further development, any revisions if needed can occur. 3D CAD models can usually be easily modified and then imported back into the Keyshot program for an updated Presentation Rendering. The revised 3D CAD models can then also be used to create a Preliminary Detail Drawing for multiple initial quotes from vendors for a prototype of the design. If the prototype is approved then Production Detail Drawings would be provided by the chosen vendor.
